Tyre Uniformity Technician

• Products/ Processes - Driving corrective actions for tyre uniformity and tyre balance issues. Analyze, Implement & monitor corrective action plans.
• Reports - SPC and DATA Analysis. Generate report & Give feedback to production. Corrective and Preventative Action.
• Audits - Daily monitoring of product/process characteristics. Building machine audits. Curing Shaping curve audits. Various product & process capability audits.
• Documents - Archiving of quality reports/records. Implementation of quality documentation.
• Advice - Provide guidance on Uniformity related improvements to Production, Engineering and PEG personnel. Effectively interact with Production and development teams to maintain product conformity.
• Projects - Implement corrective actions for achieving stable yield. Work on continuous improvement projects. Support LEAN manufacturing principle implementation. Support with the industrilization of new equipment & processes (Also upgrading of existing equipment). ETO (Experimental tyre orders) - Support production with ETO. Collection of special tyre orders for KAM's
• ESH - ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls; raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties; ensure immediate notification and response and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards. demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Mechanical or related qualification (Polymer / Rubber Technology, Electrical, Mechatronics)
