  • The Position is based in Port Elizabeth but will cover the national footprint of BestDrive regarding fleet activities.
  • Track and Review Sales Development - Develop Fleet Sales plan in line with business strategy and financial plan. Sales forecasting.
  • Prospecting - Design an attractive offer relevant to the various customers. Manage and maintain a database of customers with relevant information.
  • Administrative support - Liaise with finance about Credit exposure. Communicate all relevant information to branch managers. Manage process for Onboarding Customers and Dealers onto Fleet partners.
  • Track and review Sales Performance - Track main KPIs as defined in the sales plan. Track sales performance by customer.
  • Fleet Account Management - Schedule visits with our top customers. Track customer sales. Manage prices and offers to customers. Implement a Query management system. General customer support.
  • Marketing & Communication - Plan fleet marketing initiatives by the BestDrive marketing calendar. Coordinate special activations. Track the budget for marketing activities. Communicate with internal and external customers regarding Fleet activity.
  • Contracting and Negotiating - Defining SLA between Fleets and CTA.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Management or Sales.
  • Up to 5 years of sales experience in a Fleet business.
  • More than 3 Years of experience in Tyre retail
  • Understanding sales and forecasting processes
  • Key User Abilities for the Fleetpartner system
