- Monthly sales targets met
- Orders processed according to policy and procedures
- Cross-selling products to Trade
- Maintain showroom standards
- Build productive relationships with customers (including customers of sales consultants)
- Handle complaints and queries (customer & sales consultants)
- Product allocations and stock levels managed at the showroom level
- Consignment deliveries
- Support team
- Support the payment process
- Ad hoc as per role and business requirements
Requirements
What we are looking for in you:
- National Senior Certificate
- Tertiary qualification in the related field is an advantage
- Fluent in English and one other SA language (area dependent)
- 3 years of sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment
- Exposure to an interior design / décor / homeware environment is an advantage
- Experience in coordinating the operational aspects of a shop or outlet is an advantage
