Senior Manager, Cost Planning And CommercialHesto Harnesses

•         Fulfil the functional and Senior managerial role.
•         Oversight of the Cost Planning Team on existing and new business, ensuring customer compliance (deadlines), accuracy, and timely submissions
•         Oversight of the VA/VE and Localisation teams, with a strategic focus on Customer requirements and aligning the team to achieving such
•         Establishment of new core business at OE customers including that relationship enhancement.
•         Develop Marketing Strategies respective to individual customers.
•         Sales and production projections supporting group forecasting.
•         Lead business meetings, development & functional operations, of the Cost Planning Commercial Functions.

Minimum requirements

•         BCom Degree in Commerce or similar (Essential)
•         Minimum 5 years experience in a management position (Essential)
•         10 years experience within the business/technical/cost planning/commercial environment aligned to the automotive component industry in South Africa.
