job description - Senior Brand Manager
- Manage Portfolio Projects – including Innovation, Productivity and Business Continuity projects (end to end). This entails working closely with cross functional stakeholders
- Lead the category budget (tracking, reconciling, reporting etc.) and manage commitment on expenditure
- Manage end-to-end Integrated Marketing Campaigns & activations (from briefing, through to execution and post-campaign analysis)
- Input into media plans, and consistent tracking and monitoring thereof
- Own brand grid and 421/ pipeline innovation; and provide input into sufficiency planning
- Provide input into portfolio management, 9 Box, and SKU rationalization
- Act as the Key agency liaison (media, creative), with inputs into agency evaluation
- Input into portfolio planning/ brand planning process (understand data and insights)
- Manage and upskill team members
Job specific requirements:
- Marketing Degree or related discipline
- Post-graduate qualification will be advantageous
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Brand Manager
- Experience as a Senior Brand Manager will be advantageous
