job description - Resident Quality Technician
- To ensure customer satisfaction
- First contact for the customer with all production and engineering related issues
- Follow up on any defects, rework, identified and raised by customer.
- Feedback to Hesto Management
- Ensure safety regulations within departments
- Report on daily production output at customer
- Lead and undertake audits across all areas/processes of the organisation
- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
- Ensure customer specific requirements are met and offer technical support.
Minimum requirements
- Matric/NQF L4/TQM (Essential)
- 3 years harness manufacturing experience (Essential)
- 3 years’ experience in a Resident Technician position (Essential)
- 3 years’ working experience in the use of Quality Core tools (i.e. SPC, MSA, FMEA, PCP, P&R)
- Extensive knowledge on interpretation and application of Ford Drawings (Essential)
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
