Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) SpecialistTetra Pak

• Independently drive and be responsible for end to end recruitment processes
• Support and advise line managers and HR professionals when dealing with resourcing issues
• Identify resourcing related issues, propose solution and discuss with the LPD Resourcing
• Perform services on demand according to Terms and Conditions, act as second line support in HRSC
• Perform recruitment for specific geographies
• Relocation process coordination
• Vendor Management: ensure efficient vendor management of Resourcing
• Process efficiency and continuous improvement: measure and continuously improve HR SC internal resourcing activity efficiency

We believe you have

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/resourcing preferably in a multinational
• Hands on experience working with an ATS and sourcing tools
• A self-motivated team player with a target-driven, ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision
• Have strong communication skills, the ability to interact on all levels within the organization and possess a high level of integrity 
• Are motivated to help the business go forward and find the best fit for the organization
• Are result oriented, structured, and thorough; you have the ability to maintain a high level of quality
• You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
• Have a College/University Degree (preferably in HR or similar)
• Are fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
