Responsibility
- Ownership of measuring and interpreting in-product/on- platform behaviours
- Promote data literacy within the Design team
- Define and operationalise user experience measurement KPI's
- Ensure the integrity of quantitative evaluation of hypotheses and experience outcomes / Intended user interactions/behaviour
- Generate insights to inform hypothesis regarding product usages as it pertains to growth, sales and ultimately [Positive experience outcomes | Financial | Wellness | positive futures]
- Lead the creation of experience quality dashboards for Journeys on digital platform / ecosystem
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations that are actionable, focused on supporting experience-related design and product direction decisions
