job description - Quality Auditor Final Assembly
- Auditing all internal procedures and processes and conducting housekeeping audits.
- Ensure first-off audits are done daily and renewal of layout samples when required.
- Escalation of non-conformance to respective Team leader and process owners and follow-up on outstanding countermeasures.
- Ensure all steps of the quality policy are being followed by subordinates.
- Ensure containment is done for internal and external defects.
- Approve point of change and board approvals using Engineering change information and customer drawings.
- Conduct briefing of repetitive checker in case of absenteeism and external defects
