• The role of the Programme Co-ordinator is to co-ordinate and to facilitate, within the formal structures of the campus, all aspects of the learning and teaching process. The role includes the implementation of the learning and teaching strategies to improve the quality of learning and meet delivery outcomes by implementing student support and related academic activities.

• Co-ordination of a programme and curriculum review

• Co-ordination of students’ admissions into programmes
• Co-ordination of student consultations
• Programme ownership and responsibility
• Academic Management and Leadership

Campus academic performance

• On boarding of all academic and student support staff
• Academic and student support integration
• Campus Timetables
• Creation and promotion of academic culture on campus
• Management of resources

Person Description

Education: Minimum

• Master’s Degree: Brand Management/ Marketing Communication Management/ Marketing Management/ Corporate Communication/ Customer Experience Design/ Service Design /Strategic Marketing Management/ Finance or Accounting
• A Doctoral/ Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Management; Business Administration and Strategy with the core focus of research and/or modules on Strategic/ Business Management

Work Experience:

• 3 - 5 years Higher Education Teaching experience
• 3 - 5 Co-ordination of teaching and learning activities
• Marketing management, brand management, general management with marketing experience.
• An understanding of the current South African Higher Education regulatory framework and its impact on higher education and private colleges
