Production Manager

• Manage production staff and carry out all management activities within the department.
• Ensure compliance with quality and health and safety requirements.
• Evaluate current systems and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Implement operational plans and monitor outputs against set targets.
• Chair disciplinary hearings and ensure adherence to all company policies.
• Identify department’s requirements and provide recommendations to close the gaps. 

Minimum requirements

•         Degree or Diploma in production or operations management (Essential)
•         Minimum 5 years experience in a management position (Advantageous)
•         5-7 Years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (Essential)
•         5 Years of leadership experience
•         5 years of project leadership experience
