- To file and maintain payroll and personnel information as well as perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
Education and experience required:
- Matric
- At least 1-year of working experience
- Computer literate (MS Office including Excel)
Knowledge Skills and Competencies required:
- MS Office essential
- Capable of working independently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must be s team player
- Excellent telephone manner
- Friendly and helpful
- Physically fit to carry documentation to storage and access archive files on request
- Able to efficiently work under pressure
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Photocopying and scanning administrative documents
- Create and update personnel files for new entrants
- Maintain all payroll and personnel records in a methodical system
- Locate and remove information from files when requested
- In-putting data accurately and efficiently on the internal system
- Modify or improve filing systems or implement new filing systems
- UIF and Provident fund withdrawal form
- Archiving
- Adhoc activities
