Miller

• To obtain good output, extraction, and Maize quality by adjustments and control of the milling plant. The target is to obtain optimum milling performance.

Responsibilities:

• Extraction and milling gain (Screens room set-up)
• Quality consistency
• Millers Maintenance & preparation
• Overall Plant Efficiency
• Safe working practices
• Housekeeping
• Standard operating procedures
• Invocom™ facilitation and coaching
• Ensure manufacturing according to FSSC 22000 standards

Qualification Requirements    

• Matric
• GMF Module 4 and Trade Test
• Maize grading and fumigation will be an added advantage
• HACCP will be an added advantage 

Experience Requirements    

• 5 Years’ experience after Trade test
• OEE Knowledge
• Be familiar with PLC-operated plant
• Have worked at least in a 20 ton per hour Mill

• Pressurised environment
• 6-day position

• Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays and 24/7 standby
