Mid Level Test Analyst

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for SAP FI/CO module in a retail environment.
• Ensure that test plans are in compliance with project scope, business requirements, and system design.
• Document and report test results, defects and issues to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues identified during testing and ensure that solutions are delivered within project timelines.
• Maintain testing documentation including test plans, test scripts, and test results in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing to validate that system functionalities are working as expected.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users to ensure that the system meets the business requirements and is fit for purpose.
• Work with the business users and subject matter experts to ensure testing is aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain expertise in the SAP FI/CO module to provide guidance to the business users and the development team.
• Provide support and training to end-users on SAP FI/CO functionalities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing SAP FI/CO module in a retail environment.
• Solid knowledge and experience in test planning, test case development, and execution.
• Knowledge of SAP testing methodologies, testing tools, and defect management systems.
• Experience with testing financial transactions, accounting, and reporting functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• SAP certification in FI/CO module will be an added advantage
