job description - Manager: Talent Acquisition (Technology And Data Services)

  • The Capitec Human Resources department is looking for a Manager | Talent Acquisition to join our team to provide insight and input to the Capitec Talent Acquisition strategy to underpin, enable and deliver to the organizational strategy.

 

We are looking for an experienced leader who will take on the responsibility for the:

  • Overall management and end-to-end delivery of Capitec’s Shared Services talent acquisition requirements with specific focus on our Technology and Data divisions
  • Reporting on acquisition as per the approved headcount budget inclusive of consultation, planning, execution, and management
  • Internal client and vendor relationship management across all levels of leadership
  • Leading and developing high performing, delivery orientated teams
  • Participating and influencing in the Capitec Talent Acquisition strategy and evolution as a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team and being an impactful HR leader within the broader HR Community

Experience

  • 8 + years’ proven experience in a Talent Acquisition and/or HR role, of which at least 3 years in a Talent Acquisition leadership role

 

  •  Proven experience in leading Talent Acquisition / HR for Technology (IT) & Data functions within anorganisation
  •  Proven client facing experience at executive level, in a fast paced, growing organisation
  •  Proven experience in crafting a delivery action plan for your client area
  •  Proven experience in delivering to measurable goals in a competitive environment
  •  Knowledge of best practice HR processes and procedures
  •  Knowledge of relevant legislation, i.e., LRA, Employment Equity Act
  •  Proven experience of using influence and relationships to drive and achieve objectives
  •  Proven experiencing managing and delivering strategic projects and/or initiatives

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or relevant Business Degree

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

  • A relevant post-graduate qualification in Psychology or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
  • Qualified Psychometrist/Psychologist registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
