REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Honours degree in Law or four years’ professional qualification in Law (LLB degree, BJuris/BPrcc or equivalent qualification) plus five (5) years legal experience in a legal practice. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Higher Education sector will be an added advantage.
DUTIES
- To provide a comprehensive legal consultation and advice service on all legal aspects affecting the University of Venda.
- Minimise all aspects of risk emanating from legal processes including ligation for or against the University.
