  • The Lead will join our team to develop and maintain a World Class Strategic Recruitment portfolio that creates visibility and access to the best strategic talent pool in the marketplace and that attracts the best talent for Capitec.

Summary

The Capitec Human Resources department is looking for a Lead to drive Strategic Talent Acquisition.

We are looking for an experienced specialist who will take on the responsibility for the:

  • Groups strategic appointments framework development and implementation underpinned by market research and best practice
  • End-to-end recruitment for an allocated population in line with delivery metrics
  • Reporting analysis and evaluation across the strategic Talent Acquisition portfolio
  • Relationship contracting and maintenance

Experience

Minimum:

  • Demonstrate at least 6-8 years of recruitment experience within a fast-paced work environment, of which 3+ years need to be working in Senior leadership and Executive portfolios
  • Experience in working in/for/with large scale corporate organisation
  • Proven experience in headhunting & executive search & Industry knowledge 
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end delivery strategic leadership recruitment processes and plans
  • Proven experience delivering a strategy through others (significant Senior stakeholder relationship to ensure delivery) – internal & external 
  • Client-service minded, with a drive to provide excellence
  • Proven experience working on a ATS (Applicant Tracking System) System
  • Ability to build a strong personal brand, and to be a visible brand ambassador for Capitec across relevant platforms, through networking, community engagement etc. 

Ideal:

8+ years of recruitment experience within a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications (Minimum)

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology

Knowledge

Minimum:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Relevant legislation
  • Strong application of data and analytics across talent acquisition to inform decision making 
  • Industry knowledge on banking / financial services / fintech
  • Industry knowledge on Executive Recruitment and relevant tools / platforms / communities
  • Knowledge on candidate experience at an Executive level
