Internal Sales Representative - Aarden Solar JVMurray & Roberts

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Total tickets and tickets per customer.
• Client retention/churn rate.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Revenue growth per client.
• Client sales turnaround time.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive walk-in clients, and assist them with their order by showing items in stock, answering most technical questions and providing them with an invoice. 
• Distribute small orders and direct clients to the warehouse for loading big items. 
• Receive cash and/or card payments from the client when necessary. 
• Take calls from clients and assist them with their orders. 
• Make sure all sales related administration activities are performed in time.

Minimum requirements
EXPERIENCE

• 3 years work experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or solar wholesale industry.
• Computer Literate.

 
QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric.
• Electronic/Electrical engineering Qualification ( Advantageous)
• Drivers license.
