job description - Internal Sales Representative - Aarden Solar JV
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Total tickets and tickets per customer.
- Client retention/churn rate.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Revenue growth per client.
- Client sales turnaround time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive walk-in clients, and assist them with their order by showing items in stock, answering most technical questions and providing them with an invoice.
- Distribute small orders and direct clients to the warehouse for loading big items.
- Receive cash and/or card payments from the client when necessary.
- Take calls from clients and assist them with their orders.
- Make sure all sales related administration activities are performed in time.
Minimum requirements
EXPERIENCE
- 3 years work experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or solar wholesale industry.
- Computer Literate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric.
- Electronic/Electrical engineering Qualification ( Advantageous)
- Drivers license.
