  • A position has become available for a dynamic Human Resources and Employer Branding Communications Specialist to help grow our employer brand. This person will support our brand presence while fostering a sense of belonging and ambassadorship among our employees. They will work closely with the Partner in charge of HR, National HR leaders, HR departments in all offices as well as the Business Development and Marketing department. 


Duties and Responsibilities    

  • Support and help implement Mazars employee value proposition strategy (EVP), with supporting KPIs, to grow our employer brand
  • Support employee experience with a focus on providing content for platforms: electronic bulletin boards/signage, social media and ambassador program, and others as needed
  • Develop internal and external storytelling initiatives to promote our culture
  • Engage and develop relationships with employees to include them in employer branding efforts
  • Coordinate resources across multiple project initiatives and teams
  • Develop messaging and ensure communications materials, including key messages, Q&As, fact sheets, and presentations are kept up to date
  • Participate in team and staff meetings
  • Provide content strategy support for Communications plans
  • Develops content and plans using a clear and concise writing style that is appropriate to the audience and using current process documents
  • Assign, review, and work in the Marcoms department approval process of the content development
  • Support writing, editing, and content production activities for multi-platform internal and external communications vehicles
  • Coordinate materials, deliverables, and responsibilities between a graphic designer and own team
  • Governance of marketing materials and toolkits to support our recruiters, hiring manager, and employees
  • Continuously generate innovative new ideas to improve talent attraction and engagement on all relevant social media platforms
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the professional services industry
  • Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels


Minimum Requirements    

  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Be skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Have experience in managing website and social media content
  • Have excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong understanding of social channels and trends
  • Be able to navigate stakeholder expectations and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset, is engaged and a self-starter
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and able to effectively execute a range of job duties
  • Strict attention to detail and enthusiasm for collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of Designs tools (Indesign and others)
  • A creative eye and content creations skills i.e. photography, videography


In addition, you will have completed:

  • Graduate degree in communications, marketing, human resources, or relevant subject matter experience or qualification  
  • Have 1-4 years of work experience in a related field
