Head Of Sales

• A media and advertising multinational based in the North of Johannesburg is looking for a Head of Sales to join their well-established and dynamic team. The Head of Sales will be responsible for engaging with key external stakeholders, implementing sales strategy, and proactively driving sales volumes.
• Develop and implement sales and product strategy
• Proactively engage with key agencies and partners, as well as direct clients
• Implement and maintain the client services strategy to ensure improved service delivery
• Develop and nurture new client relationships
• Lead negotiations on rates and payment periods
• Assist with internal and external marketing initiatives
• Lead client presentations and liaison, and creative development

Head of Sales Job Requirements:

• A degree in Sales/Marketing or any other relevant field
• 8 - 12 years of sales experience within media and/or advertising
• Experience within a multinational is advantageous
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and leverage off of current business relationships
