Head IBD Business Enablement

• To facilitate and enable business strategy by translating it into business plans and operating capabilities and managing the delivery thereof. This role leads the process of translating business requirements into technology solution mandate and consolidates the needs of different functional areas in order to prioritize resourcing effectively as well as eliminate any duplication

Experience and qualifications

•      Relevant Financial degree or Engineering degree
•      Post graduate qualification will be beneficial
•      5+ years’ relevant experience across a CIB environment with exposure to the Front Office, Middle Office, Support areas and technology. Competences:
