e-Commerce:

  • Process all e-Commerce refunds in line with Company policy and procedures
  • Ensure that stationery and packaging orders for e-Commerce are processed timeously
  • Load manual orders and submit them to customer if the online payment fails, or if an order needs to be adjusted
  • Ensure that all customer care and service request (SR) queries are attended to and resolved in a timeous manner
  • Ensure that all Cape Town DC customer collections are processed timeously and accurately.
  • Ensure good working knowledge of all e-Commerce procedures and serve as backup to e-Commerce & Customer Supervisor when she is out of the office

 Collections:

  • Ensure that all Cape Town DC customer collections are processed timeously and accurately.

 Ad-Hoc And Other Duties:

  • Ensure good working knowledge of all e-Commerce procedures and serve as backup to the e-Commerce Supervisor when he/she is on leave/ out of the office
  • Serve as backup to Inventory Supervisor when he/she is on leave/ out of the office
  • Perform any other related duties as and when required

 
Technical Skills:

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of functional working experience in a similar field

  • Good administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a highly organized and structured work approach
  • Ability to work within and contribute positively to an e-Commerce team
