e-Commerce:
- Process all e-Commerce refunds in line with Company policy and procedures
- Ensure that stationery and packaging orders for e-Commerce are processed timeously
- Load manual orders and submit them to customer if the online payment fails, or if an order needs to be adjusted
- Ensure that all customer care and service request (SR) queries are attended to and resolved in a timeous manner
- Ensure that all Cape Town DC customer collections are processed timeously and accurately.
- Ensure good working knowledge of all e-Commerce procedures and serve as backup to e-Commerce & Customer Supervisor when she is out of the office
Collections:
- Ensure that all Cape Town DC customer collections are processed timeously and accurately.
Ad-Hoc And Other Duties:
- Ensure good working knowledge of all e-Commerce procedures and serve as backup to the e-Commerce Supervisor when he/she is on leave/ out of the office
- Serve as backup to Inventory Supervisor when he/she is on leave/ out of the office
- Perform any other related duties as and when required
Technical Skills:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of functional working experience in a similar field

- Good administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Positive, can-do attitude and a highly organized and structured work approach
- Ability to work within and contribute positively to an e-Commerce team
