Digital Marketing Coordinator

• Implement marketing plans that include digital media and print
• Manage and promote the online shop
• Content creation
• Coordinate marketing and design teams by collating content.
• Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
• Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors
• Ensure images are received from suppliers in correct format.
• Liaise with service providers.
• Design quarterly advertising leaflets
• Set up Promotional calendar.
• Dispatch promotional material
• Provide project status updates .
• Follow up on display of promotions throughout all the stores.
• Set up Planograms to assist branches with product placement.
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
• Support the respective line manager in organising various projects/events.
• Monitor and update social media pages and the website with relevant up to date content

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a Related Field

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years + experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of Agricultural Industry/Understanding of On-Line Marketing
• Knowledge of marketing & sales concepts and applications
• Digital marketing (E-Commerce, Website, Social media, Content Generation)
