- The Bid Manager is responsible for working primarily with the Executive Vice President (EVP) Sales Support for the on-going management of new business opportunities with market leading clients based in US, UK and Australia. This will include both managing the bid processes through the development of sales collateral as well as responding to RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
Experience & Qualifications Required
- Knowledge of bid management – ideally with international clients
- Experience in a similar role for an outsourced service provider ideally within a contact centre environment
- Project management
- Experience within the contact centre environment
- Degree or equivalent level of education

Key Responsibilities
- Manage bid response inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from operational and technical teams
- Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids which meet the client's requirements
- Development of new and enhancement of existing sales collateral
- Supporting the business development teams across our client's market geographies
- Provision of support for client visits and presentations
