REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management/Forensic/Law or in any other related field coupled with 3 (three) years relevant working experience or three-year National Diploma in Risk Management/Forensic/Law and other related field coupled with 4 (four) years’ experience in auditing. Affiliated with professional body such IRMSA, IIASA, ACFE.
DUTIES
- Assist with the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management strategies and policies.
- Maintain enterprise risk registers (strategic and operational) for University of Venda.
- Assist in the process of identifying threats and risk exposures, the assessment and management thereof.
- Maintain the Information Systems risk registers for University of Venda.
- Assist in report writing where requested.
- Maintain an orderly filing system for the Risk Management office.
- Keep track of all tip-offs received (investigative work to be conducted and ensure all reporting requirements are met).
- Investigate any alleged fraud and corruption reported to the department.
