To provide an efficient and effective query resolution service to clients, 3rd parties and branches relating to Capitec Bank’s handed over-, debt review and administration order clients as well as related ad hoc recoveries and Insurance claim queries.
Experience
Minimum:
At least 2 years’ experience in a client service and / or legal collections environment
Ideal:
Experience of dealing with client relationships in matters of potential conflict
Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Diploma in Law
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Knowledge of legal collections
- MS Office ( MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
Ideal:
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank Handover and CCS Status policy
- Legal Collections processes / procedures
- Debt Review processes / procedures
