1. Correct interpretation of customer drawings and customer specification.
2. Analyse and compare customer and Yazaki drawings.
3. Compile PIS as per customer drawing inspection points highlighted by Quality Engineer.
4. Compile SDS as per customer drawing inspection points highlighted by Quality Engineer.
5. Ensure latest updated customer documentation and latest ECI is in use.
6. Capturing of ISIR documentation for different project milestones to support Quality Engineer and customer requirements.
7. Ensures companies code of conduct is followed always.

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 (Essential) 
• Total Quality Management NQF6
• Computer literacy
• 5 years manufacturing experience (Essential)
• 2 years working experience in the use of Quality Core tools (i.e., SPC, MSA, FMEA, PCP, R&R) (Desirable)
• Excel, Word and Power point (Essential)
• Knowledge and working with Syspro
• 2 years working experience with Customer drawing and customer technical specification as well as Engineering change instructions. (Essential)
