  • To contribute towards an optimal client experience for Capitec clients through providing administrative support in designated areas along the client life cycle:
  • Supporting the Relationship and Regional managers with onboarding and managing client relationships.
  • Loading and maintaining all client and payment information on relevant systems, and processing client requests or enquiries. 

Experience

MINIMUM:

  • 2 - 3 years’ compliance monitoring and administration experience
  • 3 years general Banking experience 

IDEAL:

  • 2+ years’ compliance monitoring and administration experience 

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • National Certificate

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

  • A relevant qualification in Commerce or Banking

Knowledge

MINIMUM:

  • Excellent knowledge of applicable clearing rules
  • Knowledge of the interbank payments arena
  • Computer literacy (MS Office – Word & Excel)
  • Payment systems
  • Payment streams (Authenticated collections / Debicheck, EFT)

IDEAL:

  • Capitec Bank knowledge
  • Data and Analytics
  • Client service principles

Skills

  • Attention to Detail
  • Communications Skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Problem solving skills
